You must not use the service if your access has previously been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

You are responsible for:

Uploaded documents and information
You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions and other content that you upload to iWorkMatch.
By submitting content, you grant iWorkMatch a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit and analyse that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the requested service.
You confirm that:
- You own the uploaded content or have permission to use and submit it.

Review documents before uploading.
You should remove information that is unnecessary for career analysis, including identity-card numbers, passport numbers, banking information and confidential third-party data.
AI-generated results
iWorkMatch uses artificial-intelligence systems to analyse uploaded documents and produce match scores, summaries, skill assessments and career recommendations.
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You acknowledge that:
- Match scores are estimates and not objective guarantees of suitability.
- A high score does not guarantee an interview, offer, promotion or employment outcome.
- A low score does not mean that you are unsuitable for a role.
- Employers may apply criteria that are not reflected in a job description.
- You should review and verify all generated results before acting on them.
iWorkMatch does not make hiring decisions and does not act as an employer, recruiter, employment agency, legal adviser or licensed career counsellor.
Permitted use
You may use iWorkMatch for lawful personal or authorised professional career-assessment purposes.
Subject to these Terms, iWorkMatch grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the platform.
This permission does not transfer ownership of any iWorkMatch software, branding, design, content or technology to you.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive acts.
- Upload another person's resume without permission or lawful authority.
- Upload malware, corrupted files, harmful code or content designed to compromise the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, databases, infrastructure or source code.
- Probe, scan, test or circumvent platform security without written authorisation.

- Use automated tools to scrape, extract or collect platform content or user information without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive protected source code except where expressly permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.
- Misrepresent AI-generated results as independently verified professional advice.

- Circumvent usage limits, subscription controls or technical restrictions.
Free access and usage limits
iWorkMatch may provide free access to selected features, subject to limits such as the number of resumes, analyses, requests or features available during a specified period.
Free usage limits may be applied using account information, email address, device information, network information or other reasonable abuse-prevention controls.
We may change free-plan limits, introduce additional restrictions or discontinue a free feature after providing reasonable notice where appropriate.
Subscriptions, payments and renewals
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment when commercial plans are introduced.
Before completing a purchase, applicable pricing, billing frequency, included features and material restrictions will be displayed to you.
Where recurring subscriptions are offered:
- Your subscription may renew automatically at the stated billing interval until cancelled.
- Applicable charges will be processed using an authorised payment provider.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and billing information.
- You may cancel renewal through the available account or support process.
- Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges already properly incurred.
The final subscription, cancellation and refund terms displayed during purchase will form part of these Terms.
Refunds
Any applicable refund eligibility will be explained during the purchase process and will be subject to mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated during purchase, charges for a billing period that has already begun may be non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and data processing
Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting resumes or job descriptions, you acknowledge that the information may be processed using AI, cloud-hosting, analytics and supporting technology providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is lawful, accurate and appropriate for the requested analysis.
Intellectual property rights
iWorkMatch and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, including its software, interfaces, workflows, databases, design, branding, graphics, documentation and original content.
The iWorkMatch name, logo and related branding must not be used, copied or represented without prior permission.
Subject to applicable third-party rights, you may use reports generated specifically for your account for personal career purposes.
You must not remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from the platform or its materials.
Feedback
You may provide ideas, suggestions or feedback about iWorkMatch.
You agree that we may use non-confidential feedback to develop, improve and operate the platform without payment or obligation to you.
This does not give iWorkMatch ownership of your resume, personal information or other uploaded documents.
Third-party services and links
iWorkMatch may integrate with or link to third-party services, including AI providers, cloud infrastructure, payment services, analytics tools and external websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or independent business practices.
A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement by iWorkMatch.
Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that iWorkMatch will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security, capacity management, legal compliance or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Beta and preview features
Some features may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, early-access or pre-release.
These features may be less reliable, incomplete or changed without notice and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
Access to a beta or preview feature may be limited or withdrawn at any time.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:
- You have materially violated these Terms.
- Your use creates a security or operational risk.
- Your account is involved in fraud, abuse or unlawful acts.
- Payment obligations remain unpaid.
- Suspension is required by law or a competent authority.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination.
You may stop using iWorkMatch at any time and may request account deletion through the available account or support process.
Disclaimers
iWorkMatch is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the platform or any AI-generated output will be:
- Completely accurate, complete or current.
- Suitable for every role, employer or industry.
- Accepted by an applicant-tracking system or employer.
- Free from all errors, interruptions or security risks.
- Capable of producing a particular career outcome.
You remain responsible for reviewing your documents, verifying results and making your own career and employment decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iWorkMatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
This may include loss of opportunity, income, profits, data, reputation or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
Any final liability cap applicable to paid subscriptions should be confirmed and reviewed before commercial subscriptions are launched.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and iWorkMatch should first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct communication.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Malaysia.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, subscriptions, service providers, security requirements or applicable law.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Where changes materially affect registered users or paid services, we may provide additional notice through the platform or by email.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
General provisions
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
iWorkMatch may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate corporate restructuring, financing, sale or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms presented during purchase, form the agreement governing your use of iWorkMatch.
