iWorkMatch uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyse resumes and job descriptions and to generate career-related insights.

Information extracted from uploaded documents may be submitted to third-party AI infrastructure or model providers that assist us in providing the requested analysis.

These providers may process information on our behalf or according to their applicable service terms.

We process personal information where it is necessary to provide a service you request, manage our contractual relationship with you, comply with legal obligations, protect the platform, pursue legitimate operational interests or where you have provided consent.

Before submitting documents for AI analysis, you may be required to confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy, accepted the Terms of Use and understood that your documents will be processed using AI technologies.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before consent was withdrawn.

We may use analytics and session-insight services, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the platform is used and to improve its performance and user experience.

These technologies may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device category, pages visited, session duration and interactions with website elements.

Further information is available in our Cookie Policy.
